Q: How do I open a company account?
A: The process is simple. To open an account for workers comp, just provide us with your company's name, address, phone/fax numbers and your work comp insurance company's contact information. To open an account for occupational services, just provide us with your company's contact information.

Q: Does my company need to be a part of the Arnett HMO to receive service?
A: No.

Q: Is payment expected at time of service?
A: No. Clarian Arnett will bill you monthly for occupational services. Injury care bills are mailed to your company or insurance carrier.

Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: Yes. We accept Discover, VISA, and Mastercard.

Q: If our injured employee is treated at Clarian Arnett, when can we expect follow-up information?
A: Each time Arnett treats one of your injured employees, a form will be faxed to you the same day, listing any restrictions plus the treatment we provided.

Q: Our work comp insurance company insists we have our assembly jobs studied. Does Clarian Arnett have qualified professionals to come to our site and perform ergonomic job analyses?
A: Yes. They will study your various jobs and make recommendations to reduce the risk of injury and may also conduct injury prevention education.

Q: What about after hours drug screens? Does Arnett do them?
A: Yes, Arnett will do after hours drug screens for Reasonable Suspicion and Post-Accident. We will also do breath alcohol after hours for the same reasons.

Q: Do you accept walk-ins for drug screening and physical examinations?
A: Clarian Arnett accepts walk-ins for drug screening. Appointments are needed for physical examinations. These can usually be provided in 24-48 hours.

A: Yes. Clarian Arnett provides assistance to companies who wish to establish a drug policy.
